Venezia, 1980. Vive e lavora tra Venezia e Londra.

Precedentemente pittore di scenografie cinematografiche, Vitturi ha trasposto questa esperienza all’interno della propria pratica fotografica, basata su interventi site-specific al confine tra la fotografia, la scultura e la performance. Nel lavoro di Vitturi la fotografia è concepita come uno spazio di trasformazione, ove le differenti discipline si fondono assieme per rappresentare una sempre più complessa realtà urbana. Vitturi ha recentemente esposto presso The Photographers’ Gallery a Londra, il museo Foam ad Amsterdam, presso la Galleria Yossi Milo di New York, la Contact Gallery di Toronto ed il CNA in Lussemburgo. L’artista ha anche partecipato a diverse mostre collettive presso il Maxxi di Roma, il Centre Georges Pompidou di Parigi, La Triennale di Milano, il museo d’Arte di Shanghai. Dopo la collettiva Picture Perfect (Viasaterna, Milano), Droste Effect Debris and Other Problems è la sua prima personale in Italia.
